In 2017 we will be launching a ‘self service’ portal on our website to enable you to have quick and easy access to a range of services. Rent statements, paying your rent and raising repairs are just a few of the things we hope to be able to introduce as part of our plan to go digital.
We want to make sure this service is a success so we are inviting our tenants to help us shape how this portal will look and operate. We are looking for tenants who are willing to give a small amount of their time to test out this service and give us feedback.
