If you decide to sell your home, the information on this page is important.
It is usual for a solicitor to deal with the sale of your property. Your solicitor will ask for certain information about the property and your service charges from you as the leaseholder and us as the freeholder.
How we can help
- We will provide copies of the previous three years’ service charge accounts.
- We will tell your solicitor about any service charge debts or account balances. We will also tell them about any work we are carrying out or plan to carry out.
- We will use our best endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
Please note that any arrears of service charge or major works charges will need to be cleared before a sale can go through. Please also note that we make a fixed charge for responding to these enquiries which will be reviewed from time to time.
