Earlier this year we were excited to announce that we had launched our new self-service portal.

For those of you who have already started using the MyAccount portal, you may notice a new look and some minor changes to the original as it has been updated for Charlton Triangle Homes. Don’t worry though, you will still be able to access and log in to the portal in the exact same way.

What is MyAccount?

MyAccount is our online self-service portal that is available to all Charlton Triangle Homes residents.
The portal provides access to a range of online services to make managing your home with us as easy and convenient as possible. You can access MyAccount on a 247 basis using any internet-enabled device including your home computer, smartphone or tablet.
At the click of a button you get easy access to our online services that you can use whenever and however is most convenient for you. MyAccount is designed to save you time by enabling you to do online the sort of things that usually require a phone call to our office.

With MyAccount you can:

  • view and update your personal information
  • report new repairs and track existing ones
  • pay your rent
  • see your rent statements
  • download, print or submit forms online
  • get answers to any questions you may have
